Return Policy

HOW TO RETURN
You have 14 days from the shipping date to return your  product purchase from Podi Artist.

These are the options for returning your items:

At Podi Artist warehouse
Please contact Podi Artist by sending an email to webshop@podiartist.com with your return request including your ordernumber.

Our staff will contact you to make an appointment where you are able to drop off the products you would like to return at the Podi Artist warehouse.

By post
Return your products by post using the return form in your order confirmation email.  Shipping costs for returns will be at your own cost. Pack the product(s) in a postage bag or bubble wrap and post with tracking to: Podi Artist, Kluizerdijk 81, 5556 XS, Valkensswaard – Netherlands.

Products that cannot be returned
Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfil certain criteria to be returned:

• Products or services with a price that is subject to fluctuations in the financial market on which the Podi Artist has no influence on and which may occur within the period of withdrawal;
• Services agreements for making accommodation available when a certain period of implementation is provided and other than for residential purposes, goods transports, car rental services and catering;
• Products manufactured in accordance with the Consumer’s specifications which are not prefabricated and which are produced on the basis of a Consumer’s individual choice or decision or which are intended for a specific person;
• Perishable products or products with a limited durability.
• Sealed products which are for health or hygiene reasons not suitable for being returned and of which the seal was broken;
• Products which for their nature are irreversibly mixed with other products;

Conditions

• The product(s) must be in ‘as-new’ condition –unused with any tags.
• You must post your return within 14 days of receiving your order
• The product(s) should be neatly packaged and well protected so it arrives to us in the same condition that it was sent.
• once you post your item back, please email webshop@podiartist.com and advise us of the tracking number – Podi Artist will not accept responsibility for lost or delayed items.

Refund
The refund will be made as soon as possible, but within 14 days after receiving your return, via the same payment method used to make the purchase.You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.
