1. How do I create a Podi Artist account?

Creating a Podi Artist account is free and easy, and once you do you’ll enjoy some of the extra features we offer on our website including a webshop.

To create a profile, simply go to My account and fill in the required fields. You will be asked about your profession as only farriers and veterinarians will be given a Podi Artist account.

Need help creating your profile? Contact us on webshop@podiartist.com and we’ll help you out.

2. Why do you only allow farriers and veterinarians to have an account?

Since Podi Artist has the mission to supply farriers and veterinarians this is a professional only webshop. Should you wish to purchase our products for instance, a horse owner, please contact us on webshop@podiartist.com to discuss what is possible.

3. I am a non-Dutch customer, can I still order your products?

Definitely! Podi Artist offers worldwide shipping. Please find the shipping rates per country here.

4. I am unsure about which size to order. Where can I get some advice?

For advice on sizing please first check the additional product information. If not included you can contact us webshop@podiartist.com.

5. How many days until my order will be delivered?

Please allow 1-3 working days for your parcel to be shipped. As soon as the parcel is dispatched you will receive an confirmation email from DHL with the track & trace code of your parcel. Depending on your location your parcel will arrive in EU countries within 1-5 working days, not taking into account any sort special delays. Outside the EU it depends on the method of shipping.

6. Can I add/change something in my order after I placed it?

If you would like to add/change something in your order, please contact
+31(0)6 15674094 as soon as possible. If the parcel has not been shipped in the meantime, it will still be possible to make adjustments.

8. Where is my order?

After your order leaves the Podi Artist warehouse you receive a DHL track&trace code on your email. This will provide you with all available shipping information.
